When is my billing date?


The monthly billing date will be the same day the membership is purchased. 


How do I cancel my membership?


The automatic recharge will remain in force until canceled at least three (3) days prior to billing date. Please email us using the contact us form on our website or at labreaexpresscarwash@gmail.com. Please Include your name and license plate number.


Can I use temporary license plates?


Only permanent license plate numbers will be honored. (No temporary plates). Please verify correct plate number when signing up to avoid any delays.


How many vehicles can I have on my membership?


Plans are valid for one (1) vehicle only. Each vehicle will need to sign up to a new membership plan. Only the vehicle listed on the enrollment form is eligible for the program.


Can I change my license plate number?


License plate numbers may be changed a maximum of once every six months.


Can I get a partial refund when I cancel?


Unfortunately we do not offer partial refunds. 


Are you open every day?


We are open 365 days a year. Some circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather. 


How do I redeem my washes?


To redeem a wash simply mention to the cashier you’re a member. The cashier will then scan your license plate to verify membership status and wash package. We use License Plate Recognition to process recurring plans to conveniently allow you to redeem plan washes.
